GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RENTAL OF THE HIDDEN PARADISE VILLA in KOH SAMUI

Welcome to your villa! To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for everyone, please respect the following rules. By confirming your booking, you accept these conditions without reservation.

Capacity

- The number of people staying in the villa may not exceed the number indicated at the time of booking.
- Any additional persons must be notified to and approved by the owner.

Arrival and departure

- Arrival Between 3pm and 8pm (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
- Departure Before 11am.
- If a delay is not reported, a surcharge may be applied.

Use of and respect for the premises

- The villa must be used in a respectful and responsible manner.
- Any damage, loss or theft will be deducted from the deposit.
- Furniture and equipment must not be moved.

Noise and Nuisance

- No parties or soirées are permitted.
- Please respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours, especially after 10pm.
- Any disturbance at night may result in immediate expulsion without refund.

Swimming pool and outdoor areas

- Use of the pool is at your own risk.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- It is forbidden to dive or run around the pool.
- Please do not use glass near the pool.

Smoking and drugs

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
- There are outdoor areas for smokers.
- The use of drugs or illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

Animals

- Animals are not permitted unless prior written agreement has been obtained.
- In the event of authorisation, the owner reserves the right to demand a supplement and specific rules.

Use of electrical appliances

- A meter reading will be taken in the presence of the contract signatory on arrival and departure. You will be charged 7 baht per kWh for the difference. We recommend that you check the air-conditioning.

- Please turn off lights, air conditioning and electrical equipment when leaving the villa.
- Do not overload electrical sockets.

Emergencies and responsibilities

- In the event of a problem, contact the owner immediately.
- The tenant is responsible for accidents occurring in the villa and its surroundings.
- The owner declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or accident occurring during the stay.

Penalties for non-compliance

- Failure to comply with the rules may result in financial penalties and/or immediate expulsion without refund.
- The deposit may be retained if the rules are not observed.
